  • 1/2 cup glue, mixed with glitter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup liquid starch

In a bowl, mix the glue and water until they are fully combined. Add in about 1/3 of the chalkboard paint. Then, add in the liquid starch gradually while stirring.
