- 2 tsp instant dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 5-6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients together and knead the dough until everything is fully incorporated and you have achieved a soft ball shape.
- Divide into four equal pieces, cover and let sit for about 5 hours.
- To make one pizza use one ball. You can freeze the rest and use when necessary.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
Ingredients:
- In a bowl mix the dry ingredients first. Then, add the olive oil and water and knead the dough until a soft ball is formed.
- Coat with a drizzle of olive oil, cover the bowl and let the dough rise for about 3 hours.

Cauliflower pizza crust recipe
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Remove the stems of the cauliflower florets and grate them.
- Microwave the cauliflower, covered, for about 5 minutes and allow it cool.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a thin kitchen towel or nut milk bag and drain it from the excess water by squeezing as hard as you can.
- In a bowl, mix the cauliflower with the other ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet with paper, spread the cauliflower dough on it and press down.
- Add the toppings and bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 400°F.

Ingredients:
- 1lb pizza dough, divided into two equal balls
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 2/3 cups canned tomatoes
- 2 pinches of salt
- 8oz. fresh mozzarella
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven.
- In a saucepan heat olive oil and saute the garlic for about 15 seconds. Add the tomatoes, season with salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Divide into two equal parts.
- Stretch and shape the dough into a circle. Spread half of the tomato sauce on it. and top with half of the mozzarella.
- Bake until the crust is golden brown and garnish with fresh basil
