- 1 lbs macaroni
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yellow mustars
- 8 oz cheddar cheese

- Add the water, macaroni, salt and mustard to the Instant Pot, close the lid, set the timer to 4 minutes on “Manual”. The cooking pressure needs to be on “high” and the release valve on “sealing”.
- After 4 minutes open the Instant Pot with the “Quick Pressure Release” button.
- Stir the pasta and add the milk, butter, cheese and nutmeg. Stir in until the cheese is melted and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup brown rice
- 10 oz mixed veggies
- 2 eggs
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil, divided
For the sauce:
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic

Instructions:
- Cover the Instant Pot with olive oil. Add the broth and rice and set the pot to manual for 26 minutes with the valve turned to seal.
- In a bowl mix the ingredients for the sauce.
- Once the rice is done, use the natural release pressure for 11 minutes and remove the rice from the pot.
- Once again add olive oil to the pot and turn on the saute feature.
- Cook the veggies for 2-3 minutes, set them to the side of the Instant Pot and crack the eggs. Scramble.
- Add the rice and the sauce and mix everything together and let everything cook for 2-3 minutes over the saute feature.
You can add some chicken breast bites to the rice

Ingredients:
- 1lb ground beef
- 1lb ground pork
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Panko
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 shallot, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp each chopped dill and parsley, for garnish
Preparing meatballs is actually super easy
Instructions:
- Mix the beef, pork, milk, egg yolks, Panko, shallot, thyme, garlic, nutmeg, allspice, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until everything is fully combined. Scoop a bit of the mixture into your hands to form small meatballs.
- Heat the oil in the Instant Pot, set to high saute and add the meatballs. Cook until golden brown, abot 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- Add flour and saute for about a minute until lightly browned, add the beef stock, salt and pepper.
- Transfer the meatballs back to the Instant Pot on manual setting. Set pressure to high and cook for 8 minutes. Quick release pressure and set the meatballs aside.
- Put the Pot on high saute setting and simmer until the sauce is thickened. Add the sour cream, salt and pepper. Serve the meatballs with the sauce and garnish with dill and parsley.

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup yellow onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 1.5 cups water
- 10 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2-1 cup canned corn
- 3 cups pasta shells
- 1/2 cup black beans, cooked
- 2 cups grated cheese
- salt and pepper

Instructions:
- Heat the oil in the Instant Pot, set on saute, add the onion and cook until tender. Then add the garlic and saute additional 30 seconds.
- Turn off the Pot and add the water, enchilada sauce, tomatoes, cumin and chili powder. Finally add the pasta and lock the lid with the valve on Sealed and set to high pressure for 3 minutes.
- Quickly release the pressure, add the corn and black beans and season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with cheese. Let sit in the Pot for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

- 1 32oz carton chicken broth
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning

- Release pressure for 10 minutes and then do a quick release. Remove the bay leaf.

- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 lbs chuck roast, cubed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- 8 oz. cremini mushrooms
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 12 oz pkg egg white noodles
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Mix the flour, salt and pepper, garlic powder and nutmeg in a bowl. Add the beef and toss.
- Add the oil to the Instant Pot, set on saute. Brown the meat on all sides and transfer to a plate.
- Add the mushrooms and onion and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the wine, brandy and beef broth and add the beef. Cover and set the valve to Sealed. Set to manual and high pressure cooking for 12 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and add the noodles. Cover and once again set on manual high pressure for 5 minutes. Quick release again.
- Finally, stir in the sour cream and parsley and season with salt and black pepper.
