How to make gnocchi with potatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 russet potatoes
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- salt
They are so easy to recreate at home
Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes, drain and remove the peels. Grate the potatoes.
- Flour the surface you are working on. Place the potatoes on it and add the flour ricotta, egg and salt. Start mixing from the middle, working your way out.
- Knead the dough and form into a loaf. Cut it into thin slices as shown in the photo. Roll each slice and cut into small cubes. Dust them with flour.
- Add the gnocchi to boiling water and once they are ready you can serve them with any sauce you like.

Now it is time to learn how to make gnocchi out of sweet potatoes
Homemade gnocchi recipe
Ingredients:
For the gnocchi:
- 1lb sweet potato
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup flour
For the sauce:
- 5 cups finely chopped broccoli rabe
- 8 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 sage leaves
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Interesting take on gnocchi
Instructions:
- Start by sticking the sweet potato with a fork, wrapping it in a damp towel and microwaving it for about 7 minutes.
- Remove the skin and mash the sweet potato in a bowl. Add the ricotta, parmesan and salt and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour while kneading gently.
- Transfer onto a floured surface and form into a loaf. Cut into slices and roll each one. Then, cut each slice into small cubes.
- Add the gnocchi to boiling water. Drain.
- Bring water to a boil and leave a bowl of ice water on the side. Add the broccoli and cook for 1 minute. Drain and transfer to the ice water.
- In a skillet heat the butter and pan fry the gnocchi. Add the broccoli, sage, garlic, and salt and cook for a few more minutes.
- Remove from heat, wait a few minutes and add the cream and parmesan cheese. Toss well to combine.
Voila – delicious meal in 30 minutes

Healthy cauliflower gnocchi
How to make gnocchi with cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 5 cups cauliflower
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower. Cook for about 6-7 minutes and drain.
- Lay the cauliflower on a towel and let cool. Then, squeeze all the excess water out of the cauliflower.
- Transfer to a food processor and pulse until it crumbles. Add the flour and salt and pulse until soft dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface, cut into 4 pieces. Roll and stretch each piece and cut into small cubes.
- In a skillet heat oil, add the gnocchi and cook until golden brown. At the end add a splash of water.

Easy gnocchi recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 russet baking potato
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- salt
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp salted butter
Instructions:
- Bake the potato, remove the skin and allow it to cool, then grate it. Mix it with the pumpkin puree.
- On a surface measure the flour. Place the potato and pumpkin mixture at the center of the flour, make a well and crack the egg. Add salt and, using a fork, whisk the egg a little. Start kneading into a dough.
- Form into a loaf, cut into slices. Roll and stretch each slice and cut into cubes.
- Place the gnocchi in boiling water and boil until they rise to the top.

Gnocchi with Burrata recipe
Gnocchi recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 16-oz packages potato gnochhi
- 2 4-oz balls fresh burrata
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- In a skillet heat oil on low, add the garlic and cook for about 3 minutes. Increase the heat to medium and add the tomatoes, salt and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cream and black pepper and reduce heat.
- Prepare the gnocchi according to package instructions. Keep 1/2 cup of the cooking water and drain the rest.
- Transfer the gnocchi to the skillet and toss for about 2 minutes.
- Cut the burrata into big pieces and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with basil.

Italian style gnocchi
How to make gnocchi
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 pkg. potato gnocchi
- black pepper
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- In a skillet heat oil. Crumble the sausage, break it down and cook for about 7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- Leave 2 tsp of olive oil in the skillet and cook the onion for about 4 minutes, then add the garlic and cook additional 30 seconds.
- Pour in the chicken broth and milk and bring to a simmer, add the kale, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the gnocchi and black pepper and toss. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cream, parmesan and sausage and toss well.

How to cook gnocchi
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. gnocchi
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
- chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven.
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- In a baking dish place the gnocchi. Cover with marinara sauce and spread out the ricotta. Sprinkle with parmesan.

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1lb potato gnocchi
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 400g cabbage
- 1 cup of lentils, cooked
- 350g vegan gnocchi
- handful of spinach
- 2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
